How to enter:
Shop to the value of R200 or more from any shop at our centre and write the following info on the back of the till slip:
name (as on your South African ID)
and cell number
Place the till slip into the entry box outside our Pick n Pay.
One entry per slip only.
The closing date is Friday 30 June 2023 at 6pm.
The in-person draw will take place at PnP Chatsworth Centre on Saturday 1 July 2023 at 11am.
The winner must be present to claim their prize and must provide an ID and cell number for identification purposes.
The prize is valid for departure on 8 December 2023 only.
Passports and visas to be arranged by the winner as needed.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to, or must be understood to, unlawfully restrict, limit or avoid any rights or obligations, as the case may be, created for either the participants or the promoter in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (“the CPA”).
GENERAL
The Competition is sponsored by Pick n Pay Retailers (Proprietary) Limited with its registered address at 101 Rosmead Avenue, Kenilworth, 7708. Rights are reserved to amend the terms and conditions as well as terminate the Competition at any time. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the Competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Chatsworth Shopping Centre; Pick n Pay Retailers (Pty) Ltd; its sponsors, its advertising agencies, advisors, suppliers and nominated agents.
- To qualify, till slips of Chatsworth Shopping Centre shops to the total value of R200 or more must be included per entry.
- You may enter multiple times, provided that the total of the attached till slips per entry is at least R200.
- If a single till slip has a value of more than R200, it is only valid for one entry.
- Only till slips dated from 1 April 2023 until 30 June 2023 will be taken into consideration.
- Till slips must be original (copies are not accepted).
- The winner must be 18 years or older.
- The winner of the prize must be present at the draw at 11 am on Saturday 1 July 2023 to claim the prize. If not present, the prize will be forfeited and another draw will be done.
- No employee of Chatsworth Shopping Centre, or any of its affiliated companies, shops, including Pick n Pay Retailers (Pty) Ltd and/or agencies and members of their immediate families, may enter this competition.
- The cruise must be taken from 8 December 2023.
- Passports and visas to be arranged by the winner as needed.
- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after 11 December 2023.
- The organizers may not be held responsible for any losses in terms of valuables or money and passengers must arrange for their own travel insurance as needed and take precautions with regards to vaccinations recommended.
- Prizes are not transferable or negotiable.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Neither Pick n Pay Retailers (Pty) Ltd; Chatsworth Shopping Centre, nor any of its sponsors, affiliates and agencies, nor their employees accepts liability for any:
- Injury, losses or damage sustained as a result of the use of the prize or participation in the competition. Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.
- Oversight, ambiguity, error or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, which any of the employees, agents, affiliates or sponsors may commit in the running of the competition and the awarding of the prizes.
